Steve Cugine has been an Executive Vice President for Church & Dwight Co., Inc. for the past 20+ years. Church & Dwight is one of, if not the most successful consumer products companies in the NYSE, delivering over +17% of compounded annual total shareholder return (annual stock appreciation plus dividend) for the past 20 years. Church & Dwight enjoys the highest Price/Earnings ratio in the industry. Steve has held several executive level positions over his career including EVP, International Consumer Products Division; EVP Global New Product Innovation; President, Household Products Division; acting President of the Specialty Chemicals Division and Chief Human Resource Officer. Steve also held several positions of increasing responsibility in the field of Human resources at the FMC Corp. and GE/RCA Corp.
Steve is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, has an MS Degree from Rutgers University and BS degree from Temple University. Steve is also in the process of completing his ICF certification as a Professional Coach.

Steve has had several Board level assignments. He has been a member of several non-profit and industry Board of Directors including the Make-A- Wish Foundation of New Jersey and the American Cleaning Institute. He has been an active participant at each of Church & Dwight’s Board meetings for the past 21 years.
Innovation Capability - led the creation of the Global New Product Innovation team for a fortune 500 Consumer Package Goods Company. Created the innovation strategy and process that led to a transformation of innovation for the company. Led this team to over 13 years of prolific innovation resulting in winning the coveted PDMA Corporate Innovation award.
Globalization Capability - led the strategy and transformation of a fortune 500 company’s International business. Doubling its size and tripling its organic growth rate. Experience in leading businesses in all major countries and opened regional offices in China, Singapore, London, Panama and India.
Mergers and Acquisition Capability – Deep involvement in all aspects of 11 major acquisitions and evaluation of over 50 acquisition opportunities. There is a discipline to the success of an acquisition strategy that can unlock significant shareholder value.
